[1] ARM based processors are not natively supported on Windows devices, however, you may be able to play by installing the OpenGL Compatibility Pack. This will likely result in visual issues, but should allow you to play.
[2] Intel HD Integrated Graphics users will be able to play, however you will experience some issues due to poor OpenGL support. NVIDIA or AMD GPUs are highly recommended.
